Here's your payday tip: This weekend, do three things.

1. Review your calendar and add every event, so you know what you're walking into this month.
2. Pick one time each week to refresh your plan.
3. Ask yourself weekly: what adjustments do I need to make to stay on track?

I tell my clients this all the time — when life gets busy, your budget is the first thing to get forgotten. Be intentional now, so you can be present later.
