I help Christians reduce their financial stress by improving their relationship with money. It is at that point they are able to make better decisions daily so they can live the best version of their life.
Hebrews 12:11 NewsletterGood morning Reader, Do you feel like you are running a marathon of events right now? My sister calls May “Maycember” because everything seems to happen at once. Graduations, the end of the school year, Mother’s Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, Nurses Week, weddings… all the things are happening at the same time. The challenge is your paycheck probably hasn’t changed. So what do you do? You become intentional. Payday Tip:
Take a moment to think ahead and come up with a plan. Where will you be present? When will you give presents? If you haven’t already, this may be a good time to create a gift budget and contribute to it consistently. Having something set aside can help relieve pressure when celebrations come up. This season is a reminder that every “yes” impacts your time, energy, and finances. It is okay to celebrate within your capacity. Let’s go through this celebration season being intentional with both our finances and our time. Stewardship is not about doing everything. Sometimes it is about making wise choices and trusting God with what you have today. Share this with a friend or coworker who has a lot going on this month. Have a great weekend! -Latrisa Stewardship Highlight |
