Because while our prayers and words of comfort are needed, they aren’t always enough. Sometimes, we need to act. We often say, “Let me know if there’s anything I can do,” but when people are grieving, sick, or struggling, it’s hard for them to ask—or even know what they need. They may be traveling back and forth. Expenses are piling up while income stays the same. In those moments, what speaks loudest is not just what we say, but what we do.
