I help Christians reduce their financial stress by improving their relationship with money. It is at that point they are able to make better decisions daily so they can live the best version of their life.
Hebrews 12:11 NewsletterHello Reader, Better to have little, with fear for the Lord, than to have great treasure and inner turmoil. Proverbs 15:16 If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ve heard me share that my first tithe as an adult was $16. It wasn’t even 10%—it was simply what I could give. I’m grateful for that moment now, because it taught me something early: having more money doesn’t automatically bring peace. You might be thinking, “Latrisa, let me find out for myself.” If someone gave you an extra $100 a month, you’d probably know exactly where to put it. But let’s keep going. Now imagine $100,000 extra each month. It’s not wrong to ask God for increase—His Word tells us He provides for our needs. But peace and capacity don’t always grow at the same pace as our desires. My mentor says often, “God’s delay is His kindness.” And I believe that. Sometimes He holds back the “more” because He’s still building the person who will manage it well. Let’s be people who are content with where we are, while allowing God to shape us for where we’re going. Reflection Question Prayer of the Week If you want to keep growing in this area, join me for my free group coaching session on Wednesday, November 19th. I’d love to walk alongside you. Have a good day,
