4 Life Lessons From My Mom That Also Apply to Money | Payday Tip

Hebrews 12:11 Newsletter

Good morning Reader,

Today is my mom’s birthday, and in honor of her, I want to share a few lessons I have learned from her over the years.

Life Lessons:

  • Kindness does not have to be publicized.
  • Being present is priceless.
  • Do what you have to do to get where you want to go.
  • Do not treat people wrong, even if they treat you wrong.

You may think these are just life lessons, but they are payday tips too.

Money Life Lessons

  • Generosity does not have to be advertised.
  • Your values should show up in your spending.
  • Sometimes sacrifice is necessary to reach your goals.
  • A person of character and integrity will always go further than someone who cuts corners.

I am thankful for the example my mom has set for me over the years. The older I get, the more I realize that the lessons we learn at home often shape how we handle money, relationships, and life.

Happy birthday, Mom, and thank you for all the lessons!

Help me wish my mom a happy birthday on social media!

Have a good weekend,

-Latrisa
